Welcome!

 I would love to see the Church and its leadership take on the elements of self-differentiation, healing family/group dynamics, and inclusive leadership. The Church leadership has to want to take this journey to change its course. I don’t think it wants to change its direction. People like the status quo. They like understanding how things work. Jesus teaches inclusion, not exclusion. Pastoral care, primarily outside of a Church setting, will help to build bigger tables for all kinds of people.
